White or blue: which grapes are better for you?

The trick is that wrap the bananas around their stem in cling film. This will significantly improve the shelf life of bananas and prevent them from premature browning.

A vegetable that you should never wash before cooking it! 

Rinsing and washing the vegetables before preparing is a good ritual, but not every time.

Rinse the vegetables well

How can you rinse vegetables?

Also, keeping them in the refrigerator is a good idea as it would increase their shelf life to 2 to 3 days when wrapped in a plastic container. Remember, storing them along with garlic or onion must be avoided because these can affect mushrooms’ taste.
